We do not refund or reship orders due to shipping delays or for addresses provided to us incorrectly. We do not guarantee delivery dates and will not issue refunds if not received by a certain time. Orders over 30 days will not receive a refund.
We are only able to cancel and refund orders that have not been processed. Once an order is processed, we will not be able to cancel or alter the order.
