Our whole cheesecakes can be shared with your loved ones, or kept all to yourself! They can be frozen as a whole, or by the slice, and have a shelf life of 5 to 7 days in the refrigerator.

We do not refund or reship orders due to shipping delays or for addresses provided to us incorrectly. We do not guarantee delivery dates and will not issue refunds if not received by a certain time. If you have an issue with the product itself, please email katherinescustomerservice207@gmail.com and explain the situation. Please be sure to include your order number and name on the order. Orders over 30 days will not receive a refund.
We are only able to cancel and refund orders that have not been processed. Once an order is processed, we will not be able to cancel or alter the order.
Orders are typically processed within 1 to 3 business days. Processing time does NOT include transit time for shipping. Please add an additional 1 to 7 business days for your order to arrive once shipped. Delivery dates are not guaranteed. We only ship via USPS. We will not be held responsible for carrier delays and no refunds will be issued for delays. Be sure you enter the correct shipping address, including apartment/building/room numbers if applicable. We will not issue refunds for addresses provided to us incorrectly.
