Ever since Katherine was a little girl she dreamed of owning a bakery. Now her dream has come true thanks to her supportive family, hardworking staff, and loyal customers! She grew up in Shelter Island, NY but fortunately has brought delicious desserts to Maine with her! Her favorite part about owning the business is getting involved with the community and getting to see locals daily, but meeting new faces every year as well from all over the country! Katherine's drive to sweeten up the community is unlike anything you've seen before. From the basic staple confections, to the craziest desserts you've never even dreamt of - her work is astounding! She is most enthusiastic about weddings! Her outstanding displays create memories of your special day to last a lifetime!

You may recognize Isabelle as Katherine's assistant at the Lake Store, where they both worked before Katherine opened her own storefront. She is a jack-of-all-trades here at the bakery; between baking delicious treats, manning the grill or register, and she also handles sales and marketing behind the scenes! Isabelle is very passionate about her work and loves spreading word about our store to the Oxford Hills community and beyond!

Sarah is a very talented baker who has "WOWED" us all with her desserts! You may also see her crafting delicious sandwiches or out front making sure everything looks perfect. She loves interacting with new and old customers and looks forward to working with a great team when she comes to work and having the freedom to make crazy desserts!

Bree has been a part of the team since our first building down the road. She is a Wiz when it comes to our ice cream department, but she also loves interacting with our customers and making everybody smile! Her favorite part of her job is seeing returning customers to chat with and spending the days with great co-workers! 

You know her and love her - Kyla cares deeply about our customers and ensuring every visit to Katherine's is even better than the time before! Her talents creating drinks are beyond compare and she takes pride in coming up with new ideas. Her favorite part about her position is her ability to be herself and connect with regular customers. If you love Kyla, be sure to stop in before winter-time is over and she goes to her summer job! (We wish she was here year-round too!)
